Form 990

As a tax-exempt charity, we embrace the value of accountability and transparency as a matter of ethical leadership, as well as legal compliance, to preserve the trust community members and donors place in our non-profit. Below you will find our Form 990 pdf attachments. A Form 990 includes a non-profit's figures for revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities, and all 501(c)(3) nonprofits are required to submit Form 990 to the IRS annually. The form also includes the salaries of the directors, officers, and executives of the corporation.
